and has built-in repair algorithms for the most efficient plan for repair. We at emibA are committed to our clients 24/7, providing them
with the best technical support on planet earth and beyond. We have supported
hardware repair problems from the simple microwave oven motherboard to the
advanced micro-systems of the space shuttle. Our clients have an "open line" to
emibA, to get that hardware problem solved and back in business without having
to re-invent the IC.
If you find your Bridgeboard kit lacks the latest connector or software update, we
will e-mail you the software &/or overnight you the connector/cable for the cost
of shipping for the life of your hardware bridgeboard. If you
find a hardware component that is not recognized by our software, or will not
connect properly with our bridgeboard, we will, within 72 hours, have a solution
to your problem. All of our software and Bridgeboards are compatible
with all operating systems and computers made after January 2004. However, you
must have a functioning input USB terminal to integrate
our Bridgeboard with your computer.
SCSI and IEEE 1394 computer input connections are NO longer being
supported. However, our bridgeboard will analyze all SCSI, IEEE 1394,
Parallel and Serial device boards.
